MultiArray Integration: Post Listings to Social Media Automatically

by Dripflow

Connect MultiArray to Dripflow and every rental and sale you list becomes a branded Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google post, with graphics and video made for you.

Dripflow and MultiArray logos: CRM integration, auto-post your listings to social media

MultiArray runs the whole office in one system: property management, sales administration, trust accounting and the agency website. If your office has a busy rent roll, that means a steady stream of rentals that rarely make it onto social media.

Connect MultiArray to Dripflow and they do. Every listing, rental or sale, is turned into branded graphics and a video, then posted to your Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile.

What Dripflow does with a MultiArray listing

As soon as a listing arrives from MultiArray, Dripflow builds everything it needs to post it:

  • Listing graphics in your branding, sized for the feed and for stories: For Lease and Leased for rentals, Just Listed, Under Offer and Sold for sales.
  • A listing video made from the property photos, with music.
  • Inspection and open home graphics from the times on the listing, so tenants and buyers know when to turn up.
  • A property website for the listing, with an enquiry form.
  • Posts to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile on the schedule you choose.
  • Automatic boosting, if you want a paid push on top of the organic post.

A Just Listed post created by Dripflow on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile: the same listing graphic on each, followed by the property photos on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn

Why rentals belong on your social pages

Every vacancy you post is a small advert for your property management service. Landlords notice an agency whose page is full of rentals being leased, and tenants who follow you see new properties before they search the portals.

The catch has always been time. A property manager with a full portfolio will not design a graphic for each vacancy. With Dripflow, listing the property in MultiArray is the only step.

How to connect MultiArray to Dripflow

  1. Create a Dripflow account. It takes about five minutes.
  2. In the setup wizard, choose MultiArray as your CRM.
  3. Dripflow emails MultiArray’s support team with your Dripflow agent ID and asks them to switch on a listing feed to Dripflow. You do not need to fill in anything technical.
  4. Connect your Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google accounts in Dripflow, and pick your graphic and video templates.
  5. Once the feed is on, list properties in MultiArray as you normally would. They appear in Dripflow within minutes and are posted on your schedule.

If you need to chase the setup, contact MultiArray support and quote your Dripflow agent ID. You can copy it from My Account in Dripflow.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work for sales listings too?

Yes. Sales are posted with Just Listed, Under Offer and Sold graphics, and rentals with For Lease and Leased.

Do I have to post each listing myself?

No. Once the feed is on, listing the property in MultiArray is the only step. You choose which post types go out and how often in Dripflow.

Will Dripflow change anything in MultiArray?

No. Dripflow only receives your listings. Your MultiArray system, website and portal feeds work exactly as before.

Can I change how the graphics look?

Yes. You pick from Dripflow’s graphic and video templates, and they use your colours, logo and photo. You can switch templates at any time.
