Frequently Asked Questions & Answers

One dripflow.io account will allow you to post to one page per supported social media platform.

The form submissions will be sent to the email address you entered during the setup wizard configuration.

Navigate to https://app.dripflow.io and click on the ‘Register’ Tab. You can create an account using an email address or you can create an account using ‘Facebook’.

You will be prompted about this during the setup wizard process, otherwise you will have the opportunity to connect up your profile in  settings. To do this click the ‘Profile Settings’ in the top right hand corner, select ‘My Account’ and on this page you will see options to connect or disconnect your social media accounts.

To do this click the ‘Profile Settings’ in the top right hand corner, select ‘My Account’ and on this page you will see options to select your CRM provider. Note that if you switch CRM providers from this list, a new email will be sent to your new CRM provider to being uploading the property XML data.

Log into Facebook with your personal account, in the top right hand corner, click ‘create’.

 

 

Select business/brand. Enter your information.

 

 

Upload your photo

 

 

Your page is ready to go

 

Log into dripflow.io 

 

Click on ‘Profile Settings’ (top right) and select ‘My Account’

 

 

Scroll down to the section called ‘Connect with Facebook’.

If your account is already connected to an existing page, click ‘Disconnect from Facebook’. 

 

 

 

Next, click on the blue ‘Connect with Facebook button’.

 

 

 

You will be presented with a prompt, click edit settings

 

 

 

Tick the test page, do not untick any others as you will be able to select your page using the dropdown.

 

 

Follow prompts until you’re back in the dripflow.io interface. From there use the dropdown to select your page and press save.

Currently you are able to post For Sale and For Rent.

Login and and click on ‘Post Settings’, under ‘Post As’ select Video or Gallery. This will affect all future posts.

Once you create a property in your CRM, this information will be passed to dripflow.io and we will automatically create a video for your property. You can also navigate to a specific property, open it and click ‘Download Video’ to download the video to your device. 

Login, click on ‘Video Creation’ and select your primary colour and the music you wish to utilise for the creation of your videos. Dripflow.io use the primary colour you’ve selected for certain elements in the video in order to help match the videos to your brand and it will also cycle through the music when creation the videos. If you wish to use just one audio file for all videos, please only select / ‘tick’ on music option.

Yes. Login, Select your category (For Sale or For Rent), select your property and click ‘Download Video’. This will initiate the video to download to your device. You can then share this video to other platforms.
