LockedOn is built around automation: action plans, follow-ups and vendor reports that run without anyone chasing them. Social media is usually the one job left on the to-do list. Connect LockedOn to Dripflow and that job runs on its own too.
Every listing you push from LockedOn is turned into branded graphics and a video, then posted to your Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile. Sales and rentals both work, so the whole office gets the benefit, not just the sales team.
What Dripflow does with a LockedOn listing
As soon as a listing arrives from LockedOn, Dripflow builds everything it needs to post it:
- Listing graphics in your branding, sized for the feed and for stories: Just Listed, Under Offer and Sold for sales, For Lease and Leased for rentals.
- A listing video made from the property photos, with music.
- Open home and inspection graphics from the times on the listing.
- A property website for the listing, with an enquiry form.
- Posts to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile on the schedule you choose.
- Automatic boosting, with separate settings for each listing status, if you want a paid push on top.
When a listing’s status changes in LockedOn, from for sale to sold for example, the change comes through to Dripflow, ready for the next post.

How to connect LockedOn to Dripflow
- Create a Dripflow account. It takes about five minutes.
- In the setup wizard, choose LockedOn as your CRM.
- Dripflow creates a private feed connection for you and emails LockedOn’s support team the details they need, along with your Dripflow agent ID.
- LockedOn’s support team switches on the feed to Dripflow, the same way they set up portals such as realestate.com.au and Domain.
- Connect your Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google accounts in Dripflow, and pick your graphic and video templates.
- Push your listings from LockedOn as normal. They appear in Dripflow within minutes and are posted on your schedule.
If you need to chase the setup, contact LockedOn support and quote your Dripflow agent ID. You can copy it from My Account in Dripflow.
Posting for the whole office
Most LockedOn offices post every agent’s listings from one agency page. Dripflow’s Teams feature makes those posts personal: add your agents as team members, and each listing’s graphics and video use the photo and details of the agent on that listing, matched by their email address in LockedOn.
Add an agent’s Instagram username to their team profile and Dripflow also invites them to collaborate on the post, so it shows on the agent’s profile as well as the agency’s. Teams is part of the Executive and Partner plans.
