ReNet’s strength is distribution. Add or change a property once and ReNet syncs it to your website and to the portals, from realestate.com.au and Domain to Homely and rent.com.au. Social media is the one channel it leaves to you.
Connect ReNet to Dripflow and that channel is covered too. Every listing is turned into branded graphics and a video, then posted to your Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile, with no extra data entry.
What Dripflow does with a ReNet listing
As soon as a listing arrives from ReNet, Dripflow builds everything it needs to post it:
- Listing graphics in your branding, sized for the feed and for stories: Just Listed, Under Offer and Sold for sales, For Lease and Leased for rentals.
- A listing video made from the property photos, with music.
- Open home and inspection graphics from the times on the listing.
- A property website for the listing, with an enquiry form.
- Posts to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile on the schedule you choose.
- Automatic boosting, with separate settings for each listing status, if you want a paid push on top.

One update, every channel
Because ReNet keeps every channel in step, the listing that reaches Dripflow is the same one that is on your website and the portals. When you change the price, swap a photo or mark the property sold in ReNet, the change comes through to Dripflow as well, so your social posts never contradict your portal listing.
That is the point of connecting the two: you keep working in ReNet, and social media follows along.
How to connect ReNet to Dripflow
- Create a Dripflow account. It takes about five minutes.
- In the setup wizard, choose ReNet as your CRM.
- Dripflow emails ReNet’s support team with your Dripflow agent ID and asks them to switch on a listing feed to Dripflow. You do not need to fill in anything technical.
- Connect your Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google accounts in Dripflow, and pick your graphic and video templates.
- Once the feed is on, add listings in ReNet as you normally would. They appear in Dripflow within minutes and are posted on your schedule.
If you need to chase the setup, contact ReNet support and quote your Dripflow agent ID. You can copy it from My Account in Dripflow.
Frequently asked questions
Does it work for rentals as well as sales?
Yes. Rentals are posted with For Lease and Leased graphics, and sales with Just Listed, Under Offer and Sold.
Do I have to post each listing myself?
No. Once the feed is on, adding the listing in ReNet is the only step. You choose which post types go out and how often in Dripflow.
Will Dripflow change my ReNet website or portal listings?
No. Dripflow only receives your listings. Your ReNet website and portal feeds work exactly as before.
Can I change how the graphics look?
Yes. You pick from Dripflow’s graphic and video templates, and they use your colours, logo and photo. You can switch templates at any time.
We use a different CRM. Does Dripflow work with it?
