Dripflow.io connects with your real estate CRM system and automates posting of your listings to LinkedIn.
Step 1: Create an account on dripflow.io
If you don’t already have an account you try the full featured associate package here: http://3.25.100.23/pricing
Step 2: Connect your LinkedIn accounts
Click ‘Profile Settings’ (top right) > My Account: & Click the ‘Connect’ button near LinkedIn, from there select your company &/or personal page.
Step 3: Publish a listing in your CRM & tick dripflow.io
Any time you publish a listing in your CRM dripflow will publish it to your connected social platforms automatically.
How does it work?
A feed is set up from your CRM to dripflow, just like a regular portal. When ever you publish your real estate listing, this data is pushed through to dripflow.io, from here (depending on your plan) dripflow will:
- Automatically create your listing graphics
- Automatically publish your listings to Facebook as a gallery or video.
- Automatically boost your listings on Facebook & Instagram with a custom budget, radius from property address & more.
What data is shared with dripflow?
Dripflow connects to all major Australian CRM system via an XML feed, this means the only information we receive and deal with is the property data for listings you choose to push to us, such as the street address, beds baths parking, priceview text, images, description etc…
